If you choose, you can continue to sell your boat outright, and at any time prior to Liquidity selling a single share, you can sell your boat yourself with no commitment to us.

Once the shares begin to sell, we place your boat under an LLC and develop a schedule for the current share holders. The managment of your yacht is now performed by Liquidity, including all cleaning, maintenance, dockage and care as well as insurance needs.
