As lifelong members of the boating community, we at Liquidity are all too familiar with the time, energy, and costs associated with boat ownership. Over the past few years, we have seen an increase in the number of boats sitting idle and vacant in marina slips. We understand that ownership costs are continuously on the rise, and that boat owners have found it difficult to justify the price tags involved. With both personal, and family time at a premium, owners are discovering that they simply don't have the time and energy required for boat ownership (i.e. cleaning, maintenance, etc.)

Liquidity Yacht Shares came about with the intent of restoring the love of boating in a financially responsible, and time effective manner. If you are a boating enthusiast interested in taking the leap into boat ownership , but are weary of the time and costs involved, Liquidity is for you!.

WHAT WE OFFER
Liquidity offers an assortment of management programs for our owners. Primarily, we offer a fractional program, in which our clients own a percentage of a yacht. Liquidity plays the role of manager in the relationship between the owners and in the maintenance of the vessel. We generally mangage yachts in quarter shares, with each owner contributing 25% to the costs of the ownership, while enjoying their yacht up to one week every month. If 7 days a month doesn't fulfill your needs, then 50% and 75% shares are available.

As an alternative to fractional ownership, we offer a lease program where you can have the yacht of your dreams, without a long term contract. Under this program, you pay a one time fee for a fixed term with no strings attached. The fee includes all of the costs associated with boat ownership including all maintenance, cleaning and storage fees. There are no surprise costs that pop up along the way.

Additionally, we provide a wholly owned management program, where we handle all of the day to day operations and maintenance of your yacht. You can rest assured, that your yacht will always be at it's best, and ready for your enjoyment.
