Members are allotted a fixed number of days per year based on the Member’s lease interest pursuant to the terms of the Operating Agreement. Scheduling is accomplished on a first-come first-served basis. Unless otherwise agreed to by all Members, Members shall be limited in the number of weekdays, weekend days, and holidays they can reserve the vessel in a given period according to the following schedule: 36 days of use per 6 month year are allotted for a One-Quarter (25%) interest. May thru October: 5 weekdays and 2 weekend days per month Liquidity Holiday: 1 (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Niantic Days, Labor Day) Members are permitted to exceed their monthly and holiday limitations provided no other reservations exists on the books by 12 noon of the day preceding the intended day of use; however, at no time shall Members exceed their total annual allotment of days. Members shall not reserve the yacht for more than 7 consecutive days. If more days are desired, Members may reserve the vessel for up to 14 consecutive days provided the reservations are made no less than 2 months in advance and there monthly allotment of days is not exceeded.
